There are five ways to match the comb with the hair dryer: pressing, parting, picking, pulling and pushing, all of which are the basic operations of the hair dryer with the comb or hand. Especially the blowing and combing of straight hair will use these basic operations. Sometimes several methods are used alternately, and sometimes two methods are combined.
The function of normal pressing is to make the hair flat, using comb pressing and palm pressing. This method is mainly used to keep the edge hair tips from rising when trimming the outline.
(1) technical comb pressing
When pressing with a comb, insert the comb teeth into the hair, and press the hair with the comb back. When blowing, the hair comb does not move, and the blowing port moves back and forth against the comb back, so that the hot air penetrates into the hair through the comb back, and the hair becomes flat due to the pressure of the hot air and the comb.
(2) Palm pressure
When pressing with the palm of your hand, press it on the edge of your hair with the palm of your hand or a semi-humid towel lined with it. Blow air into the gap between the palm and the scalp with a small wind, and press it with the palm of your hand, so as to press the hot air blown to the palm back to your hair. Be careful not to burn the scalp of the customer.
(3) Other methods
In order to blow the hair into a slightly curved shape, a comb should be inserted obliquely into the hair, and the comb teeth should run down along the scalp to make the hair shaft tilt inward. This method is called "Don't". When you operate, don't bend your hair slightly with wrist force, keep the comb still, and blow the comb teeth obliquely back and forth with the blower to make the hair tip stick to the scalp, showing elasticity. Other methods are generally used in the small edge part of the head seam or the hair tip part around the top contour. This method can also be used at the vortex location.
(4) Pick method
Picking method means that the comb is tilted up, the thumb and the other four fingers clamp the comb handle, the comb tail is propped on the palm of the hand, a small number of comb teeth are used to stir up a strand of hair to pull it up to make it radian, and then the hair is heated and fixed into a semicircle by a hair dryer. The function of picking is to make the hair root stand, the hair shaft bend and the hair form an elastic semicircle. Picking method is mainly used at the top and around, and it is also suitable for hair that is soft and not easy to hang up.
(5) Rafa
Rafa is also known as tow method. When in operation, the hair dryer and the comb move at the same time, comb a bunch of hair with the comb teeth and pull it obliquely backward, and the hair dryer moves with the movement of the comb, so that the hair is flat on the head. This method is mainly used for contour lines and hair near the top of the back of the head.
(6) Pushing refers to inserting comb teeth into the hair and pressing the hair to push forward, so that part of the hair sags downward to form ripples, which are generally used at the top or surrounding parts of the hair on both sides.
